Ideas Forum

The Ideas Forum is a place where users can suggest and vote for new features. Or report bugs, request improvements, or provide other kinds of feedback. Once a user suggests an "idea," other users can vote for it.

A user has to be logged in to suggest a new idea, but voting does not require logging in.

Technicians can also create new ideas from existing tickets to request more user feedback in the forum.

When a new idea is posted, administrators get an email notification. When someone adds a comment to an idea, the idea creator and all the commenters get an email notification.
