Plan Management Overview

Plan Management lets you define subscription tiers with different features, limits, and pricing.

Creating Plans

  1. Navigate to Admin > Plan Management
  2. Click New Plan
  3. Set name, description, and pricing
  4. Configure feature limits and entitlements

Plan Properties

  • Name & Description — Displayed to clients during signup
  • Monthly/Annual Price — Billing amounts for each cycle
  • Agent Limit — Maximum number of support agents
  • Storage Limit — Maximum file storage
  • Feature Toggles — Enable/disable specific features per plan
  • AI Limits — Token quotas for AI features
