Release Management Overview

Manage product releases and changelogs for your SaaS and on-premise products.

Release Types

• SaaS — Cloud-hosted product updates with change items (New, Enhancement, Fix)
• On-Premise — Self-hosted version releases with version numbers and detailed sections

Creating a Release

1. Navigate to Admin > Releases
2. Click Create Release
3. Select release type (SaaS or On-Premise)
4. Set release date and status (Draft/Published)
5. Add changelog items or sections

SaaS Changelog Items

Each item has a type (New Feature, Enhancement, Bug Fix), a short description, and optional detailed text.

On-Premise Sections

Organize changes by category: Improvements, UI/UX Changes, Security, Email, API, Bug Fixes.

Page Layout

Customize the public releases page header, description, and styling via Admin > Releases > Page Layout.

Multi-Language

Release notes can be created in multiple languages. Set the language when editing a release.
