Initial Configuration

Before using the app, configure these essential settings:

1. General Settings

Navigate to Admin > General Settings to configure:

  • Company name and logo
  • Default language
  • Theme and accent color
  • Time zone and working hours

2. Email Configuration

Set up email sending to enable notifications and ticket replies via email. Configure SMTP server, From address, and notification templates.

3. User Management

Add team members and assign appropriate roles (Admin, Technician, Manager, User).

4. Channels

Configure the communication channels you want to use (email, WhatsApp, live chat widget, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram).
