Workflows Overview

Workflows allow you to automate repetitive tasks using a visual drag-and-drop builder.

Key Concepts

  • Trigger — What starts the workflow (new ticket, message received, etc.)
  • Steps — Actions to perform (send message, assign ticket, HTTP request, etc.)
  • Conditions — Branch logic based on data

Creating a Workflow

  1. Navigate to Workflows in the sidebar
  2. Click New Workflow
  3. Add a trigger and steps using the visual builder
  4. Configure each step's settings
  5. Activate the workflow
