Help Users Login & SSO

Login & SSO

Go to your account URL and login from there. If you've visited your app on this device before, simply visit the website homepage and you'll see a "login" button at the top.

Users can also submit a support ticket without logging in if this feature is enabled by the administrator.

In case you have lost your password, use the "forgot password" link below the form, enter your email and reset your password.

Single Sign-On

SalesRep App supports various SSO options: SAML 2.0, Google login, Microsoft login, and others. All these options can be enabled in the admin panel.

If you enable SAML-login, Google-login or Microsoft-login, the login page will show corresponding buttons below the login form, so users can authenticate using an external service and be redirected back to the app.

You can optionally set up the login page to automatically redirect users to your SAML/SSO provider.

SAML vs "Login with Google" vs "Login with Microsoft"

  • SAML 2.0 — A widely adopted authentication protocol that enables applications to integrate with external Identity Providers such as Okta, OneLogin, Auth0, Microsoft and Google. Single sign-out is also supported.
  • OAuth-based login options like "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Microsoft" require zero configuration and allow anyone with a Google or Microsoft account to log in instantly — creating an account automatically on their first sign-in.

Note: When users log in using SAML, the app will also sync some of the user's information with the SAML provider (like first/last name, email, phone, etc.).

User Provisioning

SalesRep App additionally supports SCIM 2.0 protocol for central user management: for example, when you disable a user in Azure, it becomes disabled in the app.
