Overdue Tickets

The Overdue Tickets Report manages and reviews tickets not resolved within their expected timeframe. This report tracks tickets requiring immediate attention or support approach changes.

This report includes:

  • Unclosed tickets currently overdue — Tickets that have passed their expected resolution date and remain open.
  • Tickets with changed due dates — Tickets that were overdue, but then had their due date extended.

Users select the time frame from a dropdown menu and click the build button to generate the report.

The report output displays a ticket list containing: ticket subject, the ticket's due date, and a count of how many times the ticket became overdue, which indicates problematic tickets or those needing additional resources.
